Built By Marine Projects in 1979, GRP hull and superstructure, with Teak based interior woodwork. White gelcoats. Full Hull epoxy treatment approx 6 years ago.. Engines Thornycroft 47hp driving straight shaft to fixed three bladed bronze propeller.. This gives her a max of 8 Knots at 2500 rpm and will cruise all day at 6 Knots at 2000 rpm.
Tanks Recent S/S tank 150 Lts ( 33 gallons) Fuel, Water approx 100 gallons Tech tank also recent and there are two holding tanks to each heads Berths Double Vee forward with infill, twin bunks cabin to port, double cabin aft across ship and conversion to saloon dinette possible Twin heads

Original Standard Mast Alloy with masthead rig , ( Standing Rig was replaced approx 12 years ago.. and was surveyed last year,, all was well..)

Alloy Boom approx 10 years old..

Extendable Spinnaker pole. and cruising chute..

High cut genoa 2003, in excellent condition,

Fully battened Main 2004, jack stays..

before new main and lazy jacks and sail cover etc..

For a big solid boat she slides along well, and the owner reports that with the new sails in 20 knots of breeze in sheltered waters she will rush along at 8.3 knots often ,,, surprising them..

Stb bow, The hull and topsides are generally good and the few scuffs she got on the trip down are being repairs and polished over the next few weeks..   dinghy stowed on foredeck, The dinghy is approx 6 years old but has hardly been used and come with a 2.5hp outboard motor as well

lazy jacks just about visible.. Deck painted areas in good order..

recent  spray hood which has a full cockpit enclosure, and recent Bimini cover ,

cockpit all clean and tidy, Leather clad wheel..

aft deck area, life raft in chocks.. danbuoy on back rails..

sunken fordeck area is popular with crew..

cavernous cockpit locker to port, recent 2.5hp mercury outboard , note waterproof stereo speakers set in locker side which is wonderful while sailing..or sat at rest

Transom. The baot has a fabulous collection of fenders and warps..

the topsides are far from "Dull" in fact really quite good..

forepeak,, some damp staining but dry now.. infill to make this a double

anchor chain locker,, and drain pipe from the sunken deck..

hanging lockers to stb . all Teak interior in good smart order..

Electronics Furuno Navnet 39 Radar with GPS and Plotter all new 2009, Robertson autopilot 1997 with remotes hand set..Furuno Log and echosounder 2009, VHF/ DSC 2005, Stereo with waterproof speakers to cockpit.
Extras Diesel fired central heating, Dinghy and 2.5hp Outboard motor, Spray hood, Bimini cockpit cover and tent.   Cockpit cushion set, Holding tanks.. Timber flooring to Saloon, manual windlass, extra anchor, daylight signals, lots of kit, bosuns chair, spare ropes, fenders , engine service kit, etc. many tools.. most will be left to new owners..
History Bought buy the current owner approx 13 years ago having looked after her for the previous 7 years for other owners.. She had a not terribly good osmosis job done some while ago that showed signs of  moisture three years later so she was done again "fully" by Hayling Island Yacht Company approx 6 years ago, and is now fine. Engine serviced last 2010, small gel repairs and polish 2010. lifted for antifoul 2010...
Broker's Comments Looks like a good one, has had much expensive upgrade work in past few years.. and she has a VERY FULL SPECIFICATION... many extras will be left for new owners. This boat is worth the day out to see her,, and the berth could be negotiated as well in MDL's new smart marina in Sant Carles... beautiful spot from where to cruise the Med.. The owner has 28 years left on Berth and will be looking for offers on the berth of £36-37,000 or so..
