Built By Jeanneau in France in 2007 using Grp to hull and superstructure with Mahogany based interior woodwork. White gelcoat to hull and superstructure, Engines 3 cylinder Yanma 21hp diesel driving through reduction gearbox to straight shaft. this nice unit gives her easy 5 knots cruise at 2500 RPM. It is a freshwater cooled engine.
Tanks Fuel in 70 lts tank, fresh water 170lts, and holding tank approx 70lt Berths Double berth forward, two / three in saloon, and good double berth cabin aft to port 6/7 adults

Alloy mast and boom etc by Selden In mast main furling system, as well as Genoa furling 1 x 19 s/s wire to standing rigging, single spreader rig.

Saunders fully battened vertical furling main fitted 2007, 115% genoa also by saunders 2007m No further sails..

companionway steps drop forward to access engine, all as new in here,

steps dropped back in place

port side aft cabin entry, lockerts just inside door,

aft acess to engine is good, battery switches over, Fresh water cooled ,

easy access to shaft gland, volvo lip seal type, and exhaust water trap,

looking down berth, opening window to cockpit,

berth runs athwartships..

Broker's Comments I asked the owner if it was 2010,,, but was not sure,,, when he told me it was 2007 I was VERY surprised,, it is in super clean condition inside and has a great full spec. her little use has meant she presents very well,
