
stb aft, note flat transom is one feature that people like about these little Fishers.. it gives some decent space in the cockpit! The rudder is transom hung and attaches at the base to a Keel hung shoe. the tiller will slot in to the top of the tiller, there is a ram connected to a single cable under the aft deck..

RIG, mast head main mast, with single spreaders. roller furling genoa, slab reef main and Mizzen. note the radar on a platform on mizzen. Sail cover on the mizzen is a little "Tired"

nice solid electric windlass to foredeck, note double bow roller, Plough type anchor stows in chocks on the deck, note "Treadmaster M Pattern" to the deck all over, in good order.

wheelhouse roof, has clear perspex hatch, and neat nav light boxes.. it was an option to have the top hatch slide open and this could easily be altered if desired..

good cokpit aft, note sheet winches on side.. good size locker aft. houses Gaz,

aft end of wheelhouse, sliding door entry, and note half drop opening aft window is nice.. tiller stowage right of door,, and also note shore power connection

port side deck looking forward, nice shine to coachroof side.... deep bullwarks,, note jib sheet track on capping..

side Teak has all been varnished , and is very nice.. Awlgrip respray to topsides in "Recnet years" is very nice still.. and the hull has been epoxied in her life as well.. and the recent survey spoke well of the condition of that.

starting from forward, two good vee berths, with infill in place, note access to chain locker through forward bulkhead,

recent 2009-10 bow thruster fitted (professionally) . great feature on these boats , and makes her a joy to berth in almost any circumstances..

heads set to port, Manual sea toilet, undo two slide bolts each side above and.....

the sink unit folds out.. clever...

galley to stb side of sallon. opening windows... these have all been out and rebedded recently, also professionally...

nav table,,, the top sections slide out to give access to quarter berth,,

like so... upholstery is in better than fair condition..you can just see the back of the fridge unit above the berth.

forward end of saloon seating, Teakwork is all in very nice order..

looking aft in saloon to port side, the huge saloon table hinges up and stowas against the aft bulkhead. the table is used to make up the doubel berth.

just aft of mast post, floor hatch... dry and clean in here..

up to wheelhouse, drop opening window forward, nice electronics... good vision forward, and reasonable view up sails through perspex hatch...note wipers each side

helm seat, note autopilot control unit , and drive wheel on back of steering wheel..

very recent Garmin plotter top right, you can see how good the perspex hatch is ...

stb side in Wheelhouse as well as up forward there are a couple of bits of lining that have let go... easy enough to fix back..note VHF radio under flares..

this stb side seat will pull out on tracks and lock off, note 240v sockets, and fridge fitted here,

floor lifts in easy sections to get access to engine..

actually access in here is pretty good, and the forward steps bulkhead will come away if required.
