now afloat as of April 2nd 2012. after full polish paint etc etc ready for the seaaon ahead.

Built By Beneteau in France to a design by Jean Berret and Oliver Racoupeau. Grp hull and superstructure with cherry based interio woodwork detail. Engines Volvo Penta MD2040 four cylinder diesel driving via a reduction gearbox to a straight shaft and "P2 bracket and three bladed bronze propeller (recent) . This motor gives her around 7.5 knot ability and cruises her at 5 at just 1800 rpm.
Tanks Fuel 170 lts, water 420 lts ( 90+ gallons..) holding tank (available loose..) Berths Double forward, double aft, three in saloon

Interior

smart clean lines... the deck screen can be seen through or over as you like..

aft end , easy boarding, long fold down swim ladder, auxillary outboard motor bracket on port transom pushpit,

port side deck looking forward, nice Teak covering is all in good order. note the cockpit has the full canopy tent arrangment hence the clips above pin striping..

Foredeck, note double deck hatches forward of the mast add light.. red control line... and cover to windlass..

nice big windlass with Gypsy as well as rope drum..

stb side looking aft,

vertical furling main in the mast works easily,

aft deck, deep deck hatches.. liferaft is very recent, in good chock set up. also note M.O.B system port aft , and stern kedge left of shot..

wheel cover, note cockpit cushion set. all in nice order, RL 70 radar in bracket right of hatch,

cover off, recent C90 W (2009) plotter screen at wheel, note also Skanti DSC/VHF out on binnacle, cockpit table hinges up forward, engine controls ahead of stb seat.

Sleipner Bow thruster stb side... and it works VERY well.. note Stereo speaker in back ground

ST 6002 and control pack, Auotpilot, ST 60 speed and depth as well as full wind set up. in pod ahead of hatch.. all 2009

new calorifier port side aft seat,, new water pumps recently

nav station with slide out seat, two GPS plotters, navtex, vhf, stereo, etc

looking down stb side aft behind nav station, in to walk through heads/shower area. aft door to aft cabin obvious.. The boat had a holding tank in the locker left of shot, but this owner was happy without it and has removed it but left the skin fittings etc and the tank is at home so is included and could be reconnected..

stb side of companionway steps, is washboard storage, as well as bow thruster red button swithc, with battery link ability switch ( black) above. main battery switches obvious, note also Diesel fitred, central heating controls here..

which is really very good, lovely and clean in here as well.... room for spares , tools, oil, belts etc.. quick release knurled water pump screws for quick change.. fresh water coole engine

Extras Webasto Diesel fired central heating, Bow thruster, Teak deck, cockpit screen with canopy extension ( and bimini) to fully enclose the cockpit, life raft in cradle aft, ( needs a service)
History Bought by her current owners in 2008 and fully overhauled as she had been ashore for a period unused beforehand.. she has had new calorifier, electronic instruments, heater, new prop etc etc, sails have been serviced, with new Uv strips, Engine serviced in March 2012... all ready for the season ahead! Part one registered.
