Broom 415 Offshore(2004)

Hand over to current owner with James Dickens,  in Purto Mio, Portugal!!

Type A fast and Extremely able aft cabin sea with Deep, "V" hull and a small skeg keel for added stability at slow speeds. acts as a "wave breaker" at sea. Built Completed by Broom Boats in Brundall in 2004, Hand laid Laminates in GRP with White gelcoats to hull and superstructure.  Beautiful, satin finished natural cherry woodwork throughout, This was the 2004 London boat show boat. where her light smart interior was much admired!. Engines Twin Yanmar 6LYA-STP 370 hp, Turbo aftercooled Diesels with around 300 hours run only.  These units give her a top speed of around 25 knots and should cruise her happily at 20 knots. Nice economical engines and non electronic!!
Tanks Twin S/S fuel tanks of 125 gallon each, and water tank of 110 gallons. Holding tank approx 40 gallon (underwater and deck discharge), all tanks in Marine Stainless steel. Berths Twin double layout, with ensuite to both aft and forward cabins. Spacious saloon seating not included.

UP to helm area

door to cabin from main helm area, note teak to deck, Rope hanging from folding canopy frames,

helm station is always good on a broom, the radar plotter is concealed behind a lift out panel, the clear perspex area will hold a folded chart, and all instruments are in just one area,  note the canopy release clips, on the top of the screen, this works really well and means that you do often have this fold back. Note simple manual morse controls, to manual engines,  very much less to go wrong!!

Extras Yanmar 370's over standard. Cherry wood over standard. Second shower forward. 8 KW Fisher Panda generator. "Sony" CDXL-680 with CDXT Multichanger and remote controls speakers to bridge. Holding tanks with under water discharge. 10" Bow Thruster. S/S frames to all main windows. Fresh water screen wash. Electric windlass. Hot and cold deck shower. Full awning aft of mast (big canopy). Microwave combi oven. Washer/dryer. Full reverse cycle air conditioning each cabin. Ice maker. Tv forward, Tv aft, big Tv port saloon with DVD etc. Additional "Rope" lighting around boat. LED step lights inside and outside. Additional scatter cushions. Full bedding sets, additional mirrors and Timage standing lamps. Upgrade to bathroom fittings, Part One registered
History This boat was shown at the London boat show in 2004, She was then returned to the factory for completion and launched in May 2004. The owner had little time to enjoy her and she was sold to her current and second owner, through James Dickens Marine. She was transported to Portugal where she was lightly used for two seasons...  transported back to the UK in spring this year and having cruised the west of Scotland and the Canal across to Inverness, she is now available. lifted in June 2011 for usual under water service,  
Broker's Comments This particular 415 is probably the smartest and most modern I have seen. The Cherry interior with the chosen fabric swatches are very smart indeed. A powerful sea boat with proven ability and appointed second to none! The owners have just instructed us to get her sold now and to reduce the asking to make her GREAT value compared to all others.. at £225,000... SHE IS   July 2011
