Type Modern Planing hulled fly bridge cruiser, twin shaft drive. From the drawing board of Bernard Olesinski design team. Dimensions Loa 40'4" (12.3m) Beam 12'8" (3.82m)Draught 3'3" (1.0m) Displacement 9,750 KG.
Built By Fairline Boats PLC in Oundel UK, using high grade hand laid GRP to hull and superstructure. with white gelcoats. Fairline are one of the first and I am not sure who else now does this, but the use high grade Isophalic resins for the first two laminates behind the gelcoat as well as the gelcoats to help as a barrier against water ingress into the laminate. American Cherry with high gloss finish to interior woodwork detail, Engines 2 x Volvo TAMD63p EDC 375 hp turbo diesels, six cylinder engines driving through reduction gearboxes down straight shafts, and "p" brackets to four bladed bronze propellers. these engines have had around 550 hours run from new. These units give her around 30 knots top and easy cruise at 20+. Electronic controls.
Tanks Marine Alloy fuel tanks outside each engine, 100 gallons each side total 200 gallons ( 910 litres) water 110 gallons ( 500 lts) Black water holding tank with electric macerator pump out, capacity approx 50 gallons. Berths sleeps six, Double cabin forward, centreline berth, stb twin cabin with twin single berths, and a fold out sofa bed in the saloon that makes up a huge single or tight double berth..

the access steps have a solid GRP hatch that drops to make the deck area safer

this aft access in to the engineroom is a real boon, you can get in here for a quick look around with out having to open the hatches through the saloon floor.
