Type Fast  offshore semi-displacement craft, Twin shaft drive with twin helm positions.. Dimensions Loa 11.20 M. Beam 3.6m Draught approx 1.05 m Displacement approx 6,600 KG
Built By Nimbus Boats in Sweden using High grade GRP to hull and superstructure.. with white gelcoats.. Divinycell core of closed cell foam with laminate webs between outer and inner laminates make her stiff, strong and light and add a certain amount of insulation from cold./ hot... and noise..Teal based interior woodwork. Engines Twin Volvo TAMD41p six cylinder turbo aftercooled diesels driving straight shafts through "V" boxes.. to four bladed bronze propellers..well known solid units which give her a max of approx 20+ knots and will cruise her at 17 knots. running hours approx 600 from new. last service late 2009.. few hours since...
Tanks Fuel in single Stainless steel tank centreline in saloon aft...165 gallons. Water further forward of approx 99 gallons holding tank forward in floor outside WC. approx 20 gallons with by pass "Y" valve set up. Berths Berths for six.. double forward... double side cabin to port and double conversion aft in dinette..

Interior

We will look around outside then from forward  to aft inside..

top access to chain locker...  lid open.. electric windlass with deck and both helm controls..

looking aft at wheel house... note excellent double arm wipers on Nimbus.. also good overhang to screen which reduces sun glare problems..

return screen on flybridge helps knock wind over your head under way..

side decks are reasonable. side doors a real boon..

fabulous aft cockpit canopy sits well. looks right and transforms this area.. I have seen several different owner designed covers aft and this one is the best..

covers off,,  simple dash,, ap20 dual display, Bow thruster,, etc speed depth etc .. all you need..( note Teak option on this boat to deck..

port side forward, this sun area is favoured by KIDS... nice thing is it is infront of helm so you can see they are safe..  hatch gives air to copilot area under way and is well protected by screen so can normally give air and no seawater! under way..

 

and looking aft, good seating capacity up here.. stainless mast / hoop. drops to lower airdraft decently... later mast dropaft to aft rail which actually leaves radar well proud.. so if airdraft is an issue this works well..

 

Starting forward,, slightly over exposed... large twin cabin .. nice light natural Cherry woodwork..

infill still in wrapper !..makes up good double here..

stowage under berth, and shelf behind, as well as hanging locker drawers etc further aft..

stb engine looking forward.. belts on back end of engine (easy to get at as is water pump) as engines are reversed with V shaft..

Broker's Comments Great boats from Nimbus... loved by "Boaters" who actually go places...... easy access and so daily checks to Engines with "V" shaft layout,  all the important bits are at rear of engine... easy / safe access to flybrideg with internal steps..  nice bridge to seat four underway facing forward... and twin opening door... make working around boat quick and easy.. add Respected Nimbus Build and finish.. and you can see why this model has quite a following.. Lots of kit on this one.  much of it recent.. aft cockpit canopy is excellent..!.
