Dell Quay Ranger(1964)

Type	Deep Vee, cold moulded double diagonal hull, central cockpit with twin aft cabin.	Dimensions	Loa 27' 8.23m Beam 9' (2.74m) Draught approx 2'6" (0.76m)
Built	By Fairey marine in painted mahogany double diagonal construction, Teak detailing. Hull stripped out and three coats of SP resin applied , hull faired and finished in Awlgrip(5 coats) to a very high standard.	Engines	Recent Volvo 151A (151hp each )four cylinder petrol engines driving through outdrives, with stainless props. These units give her superb srightly performance with 30+ knots available.
Tanks	TBA approx 100 gallon fuel and 25 gallon water	Berths	Twin single aft cabin with twin Vee(with infill if required) forward,

Interior	From forward to aft.. fore cabin, microwave is loose..and there is a cushion that fits there anchor locker, new wires to new windlass looking aft stb side, beautiful paint and recent headlinings, lockers port side heads with new shower etc, slide out basin galley in cockpit, to stb, all original , immaculate original cooker original crockery... totally refitted dash, rewired etc as well,recent electronics. new seat / s/s work etc new pressure water system, cool bow slides in to position, new stainless work, under floor locker recent canopy to new design, new s/s work, new laminated support bars etc etc stb aft cockpit, cool box and gas locker view to aft cabin,, flat screen tv and DVD!! recent upholstery,curtains etc etc neat tool chest under port berth cabin door slide shut behind bulkhead, shown half open, Fab varnish work in here. access to skin fittings, all new!! seacocks replaced as well. aft sliding hatch, tracks lifted 2" on new Teak runners to give extra headroom, said hatch from aft all recent Teak deck fitted at great expense, beautifully,,, recent engines, new hotwater tank etc etc powered ram on hatch.. fore deck tells the story,, so smart, windlass, s/s anchor, varnished deck edge an idea of condition and quality of paint work... recent drives as well of course, extended aft deck bult when deck was done which offers easier space on deck but also gives more protection to drives. head on..
Electronics	Raymarine compass, echo sounder and ST60 Raymarine speed/log.
Extras	Electric windlass, (Recent) Teak deck, (recent) electric engine hatch (recent) recent batteries, new mast, recent extinguishers, Flat screen TV/ DVD combi, microwave oven, Full recent shore power with charger etc, (full dash rewire.
History	For a full history sheet let us know, but she has been totally refitted and improved including new Teak decks, canopies, etc all with modifications from original spec to good effect. new stainless work, New everything really.. MUST BE SEEN.. Owner is a Professional painter and it is obvious... the paint is excellent .
Broker's Comments	Such a Pretty boat, and so well restored to better than original in many ways.. works done have been done to the highest standard and virtually regardless of cost. She is really something to behold and could turn up in any company and would be the one that every one commented on. Very nice, Recent engines, electronics and extras that make her a really great boat.
