Built By Broom boats in Brundall in Norfolk, To andrew wolstenholm design..Using hand laid GRP mouldings , and white gelcoats to the hull and superstructure. Interior fit out in Teak. epoxy coat from new. Engines 2 x 350 hp 6LY-STE's Yanmar 6 cylinder turbo Diesels with approx 400 Hours run from new, These robust units give her around 26 knots and will cruise her at 22-23 ..
Tanks 2 x S/S tanks (outside each engine) 138 Gallons each  1 x 100 Gallon S/S tank under aft berth, 1 x S/S Holding tank approx 35 Gallon under forward floor Berths Six , double cabin aft, twin cabin forward and double dinette conversion. (Single at saloon if required)

Two good 6'6" berths stowage under deck hatch over, locker door in forward bulkhead gives access to chain locker

Weighted curtain keeps water out, access to windlass motor and deck switches

Dinette on port side, table drops to make up a berth if required Table adjust athwart ships as well.

Saloon settee set to stb side, upgrade upholsteries and curtains scatter cushions etc loose coffee table sat on stb engine "top up and check hatch". , The upholstery is in Blue Alcantara as dinette area.. !

Full domestics panel, all very neat.

Oil fill, oil dip and water top up readily to hand. The whole floor area is made up of loose hatches, the loose bound carpet peels back easily.

Steps aft from the saloon lift to reveal the back end of the port engine. Note the easy location of the log and echo sounder transducers. The stern gland is also easy.

Up to main helm station, three independent seats, simrad 10" plotter Radar with 4KW scanner note heater outlet at floor level nice on a winters day!!

three independent seats , note frame that allows front canopy section to fold open easily to Radar arch to give open top when the weather allows,, very nice feature on these boats..

Avon Rib and   Mariner outboard sat in Cooney electric davit arm, this arrangement was developed with Broom specifically for application on their boats and does work very well, very simple and very strong, it can be removed from the boat completely easily as well if not required.

steps set to port. The Teak has just been cleaned.

Note twin bow roller, and bollard to take the strain of the windlass whilst at anchor.

 

Stern gear, four bladed props, bronze spade rudders, under water exhaust pods visible which reduce soot to a minimum and also reduce noise dramatically.. The keel is deeper that the stern gear allowing the boat to take the ground if required,,, it also offers a good amount of protection when exploring shallows, Just out of shot left..

History Sold new to first owner by James Dickens, so well known to us, Sold on to second (current owner) by James Dickens and used from her base in Dover. Well maintained and serviced..
