aft end again, with small rib mounted in s/s brackets. Note the liferaft is mounted in a cradle on the aft rails as is the outboard (2hp) for the rib, extra fender racks fitted to this boat.

great and very easy access around the decks with excellent rails and grag rails either side. Port side deck looking forward

and what is so good and liked by crew is the ability to walk around the whole boat.. aft deck..

forward, note the coachroof has a hatch in it that will allow a whole engine and gearbox to be lifted out if and when that may be needed.. Mr Broom believes that any one of his boats will last at least 40+ years.. so sometime an engine may need to come out,

The owner has had an internal Tonneau fitted that covers the whole cockpit area, this is very useful when using the boat in the summer when you can leave the top cover folded up but still protect the sunbrella upholstery..It also stops any dust settling.. Note folding canopy framework right of shot..which makes folding open the forward section easy enough that you bother !

aft cockpit seating stb side, The smart black upholstery with white piping looks so much smarter than the usual white Vinyl offerings..

three Propane bottles give cruising capacity for weeks rather than days..

copilot bench seat has a fold over back rest so you can look aft as well as forward,

Helm station, Again this owner has modernised the whole feel of the boat with Graphite dash finishes.. Big C120 plotter radar screen, DSC VHF, pilot etc in fold down locker.

dash finish is very smart..

clever geometry involved to fold canopy frame..extension speaker to VHF by skippers ear..

port side entry to saloon steps, Teak to cockpit floor is extra from factory..

aft port side seating, good locker under, gate to aft deck..
Then starting forward

Vee berths forward, good size berths with hanging locker and hatch over, access to chain locker forward, hot air outlet at floor, ensuite door to right out of shot..

port side aft in forward cabin, nice stowage,,

ensuite door in to heads shower, nice light natural colours

Wonderful heavy wool fabrics used on the headboards and bed edges,, give a cosy feel..

Galley looking aft, Teak and Holly to floor, Microwave built in, black "Granite" surfaces,

Hob cut in to leave it flush, gas Oven and grill under. plate rack cupboard over with extractor built in..

port side, bosuns locker ! fab storage..

good lockers..

Hot water tank is under floor at galley ( bilges immaculate)

Up to saloon, looking aft, note smart blinds in windows as well as curtains, fold out table, door to aft cabin

settee looking forward , galley beyond.

port side forward in saloon, ocean air blinds on screen as well.. with the 2+2 layout you get this extra sociable seating to port in place of the side door, with more stowage under.

side unit to port has drinks locker, within, steps up to cockpit, the grey steps are carpet covers to solid timber treads..

Domestic distribution board, aft of saloon, electric solenoids to battery switches..

steps from saloon to aft cabin lift to give some access to engine space. and bilge pumps in keel. (immaculate)

The keel does give a nice easy to collect bilge water point,, note grey box ahead of S/S pole is the engine start battery set..

the whole floor area is "Loose" under the loose bound Berber carpet, so you can lift as much or as little as you need to gain access. The D6 engines fit in, and all common service points are accessable..note chart stowage drawer under seating top of shot..

View aft into aft cabin, twin opening hatches offer good light and have bilt in black out blinds as well as net insect blinds..

stb aft quarter, wonderful woodwork and good stowage..

port side, door right of shot to Heads

Seatoilet, natural colours in here

shower compartment to stb, with molded seat..

Third hanging space mid ships forward..
